This workshop highlights the importance of nurturing Indigenous leadership and creating pathways for career advancement within organizations. Participants will explore how mentorship programs, Indigenous employee resource groups (ERGs), and leadership pipelines can foster diversity and inclusion.

Attendees will learn how to develop leadership programs that reflect Indigenous cultural values, strengths, and governance systems. This session empowers organizations to advance Indigenous representation at all levels, creating leadership structures that embody the principles of reconciliation.
