Raven Ozhigaa Development (ROD) is a First Nations-led federal non-profit housing corporation. Its Founder and Managing Director, Donna Mathieson, has 20 years' experience building and managing residential housing projects in Manitoba. The company's primary focus is developing  durable, highly energy-efficient, homes for un- and under-housed Indigenous individuals and families living on- and off-reserve. The uniquely designed modular homes are also well suited as infill projects for other un-housed populations including the growing number of homeless living in Winnipeg.
