Description

The first part of the event will have a presentation by Anne Kresta about "Autism at Work: Practical and Comprehensive Strategies for Success." Anne is a passionate advocate for the inclusion of people with disabilities, drawing from her personal and professional experience working in inclusive education, the transition to adulthood and employment. Her extensive work includes collaborations with The Ability Hub/The Sinneave Family Foundation, Community Living Manitoba, and the Thrive Leadership group. 

Since 2017, Anne has served as the President and Executive Director of Level It Up, a non-profit that promotes the mutual benefits of employing skilled autistic talent in science, technology, engineering, the arts and math. She is a co-founder and past chair of Neurowrx, an international alliance working to improve employment opportunities for skilled autistic individuals in STEAM fields.
