Refund & Cancellation Policy
At the Indigenous Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Bioscience Association of Manitoba (BAM), we understand that schedules can change. Please review our joint refund and cancellation policy for event registrations below:
Event Registration Refunds
- Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees.
- Within 14 Days: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund due to logistical commitments and pre‑arranged costs.
- No‑Shows: Registrants who do not attend the event and do not cancel in advance will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Event Cancellations by ICC & BAM
In the event that an ICC & BAM‑hosted event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizing partners, all registrants will be notified promptly and given the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to the rescheduled date.

Non‑Members: $300
Early Bird Discount: Save $25 if you register before September 12, 2025.
