ICC's Moonlit Masquerade Ball is an evening of elegance, mystery, and celebration. Guests don masks and fine attire for a night of live entertainment, gourmet dining, and enchanting ambiance. Join us to celebrate community, connection, and the magic of the night!

5. Raffle Prize Sponsor - Minimum $250

  1. With a minimum sponsorship of $250, your contribution will go towards the purchase of exciting raffle prizes (we take care of all the prize purchasing for you!)

  3. Acknowledgment during the event and raffle drawing.
  4. Ad in the event program.


Event Registration Refunds Refund Eligibility: 

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees. 

Within 14 Days: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund due to logistical commitments and pre-arranged costs. 

No-Shows: Registrants who do not attend the event and do not cancel in advance will not be eligible for a refund or credit. 

Event Cancellations by ICC In the event that an ICC-hosted event is canceled or rescheduled by the organization, all registrants will be notified promptly and given the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to the rescheduled date.
